Privacy Policy
This Chrome extension is a local organization and export tool. It processes Fiverr-related conversation data only when you explicitly import it (paste/file) or approve a one-click capture of message text already visible in the active Fiverr inbox conversation. It does not crawl or paginate your inbox, run Live Mode, call Fiverr APIs, or synchronize in the background.
Local processing is still treated as user-data handling. Nothing is processed until you choose an import or export action and confirm the disclosure dialog.
1. What data may be processed
- Personal communications — conversation text you paste or import
- Identifiers — usernames or emails that appear in imported content
- Website/content fragments — only content you supply, not live page scraping
- Financial amounts — only if present in text/files you import
- Attachment metadata — filenames/sizes if present in imports (files are not auto-downloaded)
We do not collect Fiverr passwords, session cookies, CSRF tokens, or bearer tokens.
2. How data enters the extension
- Paste into the Import screen
- File picker (JSON, Markdown, or text you select)
- An explicit “Capture visible conversation” action after a confirmation. This reads only message rows already rendered in the active Fiverr inbox page.
- Optional one-time migration of older locally stored data already on your device
Visiting fiverr.com does not send data into the extension. Capture occurs only after you click the extension action, click Capture, and confirm.
3. Why it is processed
Solely to let you organize, search, and export your own imported archive on this device.
4. Where it is stored
In chrome.storage.local on your computer. We do not use chrome.storage.sync for conversation content.
5. Whether it leaves the device
Imported content is not uploaded to our servers. There is no extension backend, no analytics product, and no crash reporter that receives conversation bodies. Data leaves the device only if you export a file and then share or upload that file yourself.
6. Data retention
By default, imported data remains until you delete it. You may enable auto-delete after 7, 30, or 90 days in Privacy & Data settings.
7. Data deletion
Use Privacy & Data to delete imported conversations or all local extension data, or uninstall the extension (which removes its local storage). Exported files in Downloads remain until you delete them.
8. Browser permissions
- storage — local archive, consent, settings
- downloads — user-initiated exports only
- sidePanel — extension UI
- activeTab — temporary access to the active tab after you invoke the extension
- scripting — runs the packaged visible-text capture function after your explicit click and confirmation
The extension does not request persistent host access to fiverr.com, cookies, or broad tabs access. It has no persistent content script.
9. External network access
Extension pages and the visible capture function do not contact Fiverr APIs, third-party analytics, or other remote services. The packaged extension is designed for zero remote network destinations during normal use (open, import, view, export).
10. User consent
On first use you must affirmatively check a consent box (not pre-checked) before personal data is processed. Each import or visible-page capture also shows a disclosure confirming the exact local processing.
11. Financial data
The extension does not fetch Fiverr earnings or orders APIs. If you import files that contain amounts, those values stay local; export redaction can optionally remove amounts.
12. Personal communications
Treated as sensitive. Displayed as plain text. Exports warn that content may be private.
13. Attachments
Only metadata from imports may be stored. The extension does not automatically download attachment binaries from Fiverr or elsewhere.
14. Third-party sharing
We do not sell or share your imported data with third parties.
15. Analytics / telemetry
None from this extension.

17. Policy updates
Material changes will update this page’s date. If data handling changes materially, the extension will request consent again.
